All of our goods advertised online are in stock in Brisbane. We dispatch orders sameday if the order is placed within Mon-Fri before 12pm AEST.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or sms. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to be updated on the couriers website. You can track the progress of your package with the courier and on the day of delivery a signature will be required unless if you have organised otherwise with the courier. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Generally delivery is around 1-5 business days. Please check the couriers website for transit times from Brisbane.

Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty.
All of our products are made of high quality materials.
Vacuum reguarly. Spray and spot clean permitted. Machine wash on gentle setting if size permits. Hang dry only and do not tumble dry.
Your mat is compressed and packed tight for delivery. Once unpacked, please allow 3-7 days for the mat to expand back to normal size and for the creases to flatten out. To speed up the process of expansion, steam or iron the mat on a low heat setting.
